Our wellbeing workshops are designed specifically for young people, providing them with the tools and support they need as they navigate the challenges of growing up. In a safe and supportive environment, participants will learn to understand their emotions, build resilience, and develop strategies for maintaining mental well-being. Our workshops are interactive, engaging, fun and are underpinned by research in Positive Psychology, and Coaching psychology.

Our workshops are suitable for all young people from secondary school years through to university. We also work with orgnaisations that support young people. Our workshops are flexible and we will tailor it to meet the requirements of your organisation and young people .
